All inclusive IT support
Puzzle-IT’s monthly agreement covers all your IT support. Whether it is reactive work to fix a problem, proactive work to keep the systems healthy or to update your systems it is all included in one monthly price.
The issue with most IT support agreements is that you still don’t know how much you are going to pay each month. It is impossible to budget for your IT support because you don’t know what it round the corner. We wanted to remove that issue and help you plan your costs for the year.
With other IT contracts you are limited to remote support only or you have a couple of hours per month of onsite time available but beyond that there is a cost. With others you are covered for reactive work but if you want to add a workstation or be proactive on the system you have to pay. We don’t think that you should ever have to worry about calling your IT or using up time, you should be able to call us whenever you need us and have us do whatever you need without extra cost and so we wrapped everything up in our monthly agreement.
You aren’t limited to just a few hours a month and you aren’t charged extra time if we have to come onsite it is all covered.
The only thing it doesn’t include it larger scale projects but these are always discussed first so you won’t ever have a surprise invoice and you can always plan the cost well ahead of time. Projects need a lot of planning and we can take care of that for you as well. If you are a customer on a monthly contract there are discounts available on projects.
No lock in period
With the Puzzle-IT support agreement is a rolling monthly contract. You don’t have to pay for the year up front and there is no lock in period. We strongly believe in our service level and are confident you will stay with us for the long term but if for some reason you really aren’t happy or your business needs change you aren’t locked in to us.
IT consulting service
Our goal is to be small business’ IT department and as your IT department we want to get a deep understanding of how your business works and where you want it to go. We can then advise you on how IT can help you achieve that and support your business growth.
Hardware procurement service
When you need to purchase hardware or software then your Technical Consultant can give you free advice on what is needed and the best options for purchasing it.
By the minute reporting
We will provide you per minute reports of everything we’ve done for you, showing you both chargeable and non-chargeable items.
PuzzleBackup
Remote backup is the safest most efficient way of backing up your critical files.
There are two key benefits to remote backup. The first is that you don’t need to do anything to maintain it. You don’t have to change backup tapes or swap hard drives, it runs automatically on your server and any maintenance necessary is handled by us.
You also have a complete backup of all your critical files stored offsite, meaning that even in the event of a fire or flood at your office, all your data will be safe.
We can provide Online backup for you and have a number of options available for both workstations and servers.
Hosted Exchange
The cost of setting up and running your own email server can be prohibitive for small businesses but there is no reason to settle for lesser email systems or not enjoy the benefits of Exchange. We can offer a hosted Exchange solution that is based on a per user per month basis that eliminates the need for a large upfront cost and the maintenance on a server.
The benefits of Exchange include having all your email synced across all your devices, shared calendars and shared contacts that make working together easier.
Puzzle Projects
Sometime you want to update your systems or your business grows and you want to expand your IT to support the growth and we can help you both plan and cost these projects. We have experience in setting up everything from new offices to remote locations and have the experience needed to deliver these projects on time and with minimum business disruption.
You don’t have to be an existing customer to have us do a project for you but if you are an existing Puzzle-IT monthly support customer there is a 10% discount on projects.
