Only pay for what you need
Pre-pay support hours are bought as needed and used when required. When you run low on support hours we will let you know and you can decide if you want to buy more.
Your support hours never expire, are fully refundable and you can use them for whatever you want.
IT consulting service
Your Microsoft Certifed Professional will be available to provide advice on how IT can help your business grow. This will be available at any time and is part of the Puzzle-IT service. The time does not come out of your support hours.
Hardware procurement service
When you need to purchase hardware or software then your Solution Provider can give you free advice on what is needed and the best options for purchasing it. This is included as part of the Puzzle-IT service. The time does not come out of your support hours.
By the minute reporting
We will provide you per minute reports of everything we've done for you, showing you both chargeable and non-chargeable items.
Cost spread across the year
You can spread your IT cost across the year by paying monthly, quarterly, yearly or at whatever interval best suits your business. If at any time during the year you decide to stop using our services any unused hours will be fully refunded.
PuzzleRecover
With the PuzzleRecover service you are fully insured against any large unexpected server rebuild labour costs. If a Windows Server suffers a critical error and is unable to start, restoring can be a lengthy process. The PuzzleRecover service means that no matter how long it takes to restore your server you incur no extra costs and your support hours are unaffected.
This service covers you for up to 2 servers. Additional server cover can be bought for £250 per server.
PuzzleBackup
Remote backup is the safest most efficient way of backing up your critical files.
There are two key benefits to remote backup. The first is that you don't need to do anything to maintain it. You don't have to change backup tapes or swap hard drives, it runs automatically on your server and any maintenance necessary is handled by us.
You also have a complete backup of all your critical files stored offsite, meaning that even in the event of a fire or flood at your office, all your data will be safe.
Unlike a lot of online backup services, PuzzleBackup gives you unlimited space for your critical files, for one fixed price.
PuzzleWeb
With PuzzleWeb you can easily create a new website or update your existing one. We will give you a number of designs that you can choose from based on your brief, or we can create it from scratch and show you different options.
We will give you around five designs for your website, and once you've picked one you like we handle everything and get it up and running for you.
The cost of the project will depend on the website needed but we guarantee if you don't like any of the designs we won't charge you anything until we have found one you do.
