About Puzzle

We've always thought that everyone in the IT world makes it sound more complicated than it actually is. Too many technical words, too many different options, too many over elaborate ways of a solving a simple problem. We thought we could make it all a bit easier, and that's what Puzzle-IT is about.

You know the IT stereotype, the geeky guy who can't look you in the eye and spends his whole life playing with computers, well that's not us. We love technology, and having worked in IT for years we know all there is to know about it, but we've always thought there should be more to it than just knowing how to fix machines. Technology exists to solve problems, so communicating with our customers was what we thought was really important.

We wanted to create a company that was open about everything. We didn't want to sell things people didn't need or to confuse people with technical jargon to make ourselves look clever and important. We wanted to help make IT simple, and we hope we've already done that to a certain extent.

We're currently working on a News section for our website which will be coming soon, so you'll be able to keep track of us and all the things we're doing. In the meantime, we're always looking for feedback and suggestions for how we can improve, so if you can think of anything, please get in touch.
